At Honeywell, for over a decade, I directed transformation programs across operations, supply chain, and shared services in multi-country environments - managing 30+ concurrent initiatives at peak, leading some of the most strategic post-merger integrations, and overseeing the full transition of shared services to global Centers of Excellence and Offshore. At TE Connectivity's MedTech division, I built enterprise-wide strategic planning and governance from near-zero, and delivered a 40% improvement in portfolio visibility and leadership alignment within the first year. Earlier in my career, at Accenture, Oracle, and SAS Institute, I built the analytical and delivery foundations that have informed everything since.
